自製炸薯條


馬鈴薯切塊,浸鹽水半小時,取出吸乾水分後下油鍋,小火炸約20分鐘後,呈現半透明狀時,轉大火,再炸3.5分鐘,使薯條呈現金黃色。

以餐巾紙吸取多餘油分,灑上胡椒鹽、Parsely Flakes,完成✅
